Prayer

Lord God,
I come before You with deep trust, asking for Your mercy upon the life and soul of ___________________. You know their heart, their needs, and their sins. I pray that You would draw ___________________ close to Yourself, opening their heart to Your grace and their mind to know Your truth.

I ask that ___________________ would desire to know You more, to discover the depth of Your love and Your plan for their life. You see all things, Lord, and You call every person to Your salvation.

Please, let ___________________ hear and believe Your Word, which is alive and fruitful, capable of transforming the heart and guiding their life in Your light. Protect them from the forces of darkness and deception, so that Satan’s blindness would not keep them from seeing the truth.

Holy Spirit, come and illuminate ___________________, showing them their sin and their need for salvation, and revealing the vastness of Your love. Let them realize that their only true hope is found in You, and that the purpose of their life is to live according to Your will.

Lord, I pray that You would send someone ___________________ to share the gospel in their life, carrying Your Word and love into their heart. Grant me (and my companion or friend) opportunities, courage, and wisdom to share the truth with ___________________, so that their heart may open and their faith may grow.

Help ___________________ to turn from sin, place all their hope in Jesus Christ, and confess Him as their Lord and King. Plant the seed of faith in their heart so that it may grow and bear abundant fruit for Your glory. Fill their life with peace, joy, and the presence of Your holiness.

Amen.
